We made good progress and have named a mission in our work together: To build relationships upon common ground, between the two churches and the wider community. We will gather again on Saturday, September 17, to evolve our ideas and begin moving forward in implementing actions, such as one-on-one connections, a joint worship service and music on the weekend of Dr. King Day, and more.
