  • Theology on Tap

All are welcome to join us for a deep but casual discussion of theology each month at Theology on Tap. This month we will gather on April 14 from 4-6 p.m. at Hanson’s Grill and Tavern located at 1301 S Pearl St. This month we will be discussing Progressive Christianity's understanding of Holy Week including the significance for our daily life of the Last Supper and Good Friday. Bring your questions about crucifixion and resurrection, and we will wrestle through this difficult week together. Great conversations await! Join us! Childcare is available at the Kirk.

  • Kirk Summer Camp (already?!)

The Kirk is going to Camp! August 2-4 we will sing, worship, play, discuss, explore, swim, hike, laugh and much more! While we have had great camping trips in the past, we are making a change in moving to La Foret hoping to draw more folks to join us who might not be so outdoorsy. We have reserved a cabin and two yurts and there is an option for tent camping. Cost is dependent on which accommodation you choose. The cost is $60 per tent, $100 to share a yurt, $150 for a bed in a cabin. The church is hoping to subsidize all children 12 and under to make this affordable for our families. Registration will go live on our website mid-February. If you need scholarship assistance, please talk to Jackie or Selena. You can register for camp and let us know that you're coming by filling out a form here.

  • Work Day

    March 23, 9 a.m.– 2 p.m.

We need all hands on deck to prepare our building for Spring!

We need a deep cleaning of floors, bathrooms, paint touchups, organizing and more! Please plan to attend or if you cannot – see the sign up sheet and commit to completing a task on your own time by the 23rd.
