upcoming events

Church is not where we go, it is what we do. Not just on Sundays, not just with other Kirk folks. We engage our faith through conversation, service, community, and more. If one or more of these events gives you energy, or pause come and join us!

All are welcome!

  • Faithful Adulting Thanksgiving

We have many small groups at the Kirk. One of these groups is made up of those in their 20’s, 30’s and  40’s. We gather together regularly for discussion and community. We will gather on Sunday, November 18th for our annual thanksgiving dinner at Selena & Pat’s home at 5 p.m. Everyone is invited to bring a side or dessert to share! Mark your calendars for a great evening of food and friends! Kids are welcome!

  • Children's Christmas Program

This year's Christmas play, "Carving out Wonder", will take place during worship on Sunday, December 16. Our play will be loosely based on the story "The City That Forgot About Christmas" by Mary Warren:

The small town has heard rumors that the Queen will visit! The streets are cleaned and shiny gifts of gold and silver are prepared to line the streets! A mysterious traveler wanders into town with a backpack full of tools and sets up shop in a dark alley. I wonder what will happen next?

If you would like to have your child participate, rehearsals will be on December 9 and 15, with a dress rehearsal on the morning of Dec. 16 at 9 a.m.

  • Christmas Eve Worship

Join us at 5:30 pm on Monday, December 24 for a Candlelight Christmas Eve Service.

We have begun our year of progressive faith based LGBTQ affirming sexuality education for grades 5-7 The program includes 10 contact hours within the school year. If you have interest of questions about our upcoming programs, contact:
