The Rocky Mountain Conference (RoMoCo) is looking for youth in grades 10 to 12 to be a part of the Senior Hight Retreat Leadership Team (High). The SHRLT is comprised of 10- to 12 youth throughout the RoMoCo that help to plan and lead the Senior High retreats. The purpose of inviting youth to be a part of the team is to help them gain leadership skills. This is also a great way to get involved in what goes on at LaForet. This opportunity will build skills for life and, frankly, looks good on college applications! Please contact me if your youth are interested.

Our youth have been active rehearsing and performing the skits for worship services during Lent/ They are presently participating in the Our Whole Lives sexuality program, which runs through May. The youth are looking forward to the Spring Retreat in mid-April as well as MADD Camp the last week in June.

Sr. High Notes:

The youth have expressed that they would like youth group to meet on a weekly basis! I would like to honor this request; therefore, Sr. High youth group will meet every Sunday Night in the basement from 6-8 p.m. Please come prepared to explore some of those difficult life questions and in the process support your peers in this personal discovery.
